My son Sam is an aspiring movie director. He's written several scripts for full-length movies, short films, and a sketch comedy shows. He, along with his friend Shaun founded a movie club at their high school where they watch, talk about and make films.
In a downpour this weekend, Sam and Shaun shot their latest short film, Extortion. Sam directed and edited the film. Sam and Shaun star in the short film. Sam edited the film to look neo-noir in a "Sin City" style with a nod to a few Tarantino films. I (Amy Lyn) was the camera man and also made the "Reservoir Dogs" style suit that Sam wears.
(No one was injured in the making of this film.)
